LAUNCH: Stardate 07.01.10

Onwards and Upwards  Squinting through dry, bloodshot-red eyes, I lean over the helm of my craft and pound blindly at the controls. Wrists, inflamed with carpel tunnel, they scream for relief, but there is none. In the nine sleep-deprived years aboard my cruiser, the Freelancer, I have battled outer forces, inner demons and other nameless absurdities. But today – yes, today – I embrace the Vertical Curve of Learning that inevitably will lead to that panacea of fulfillment, that veritable Promised Land. Onwards and Upwards

Ha! Ha, ha ha! I return to this quip, chris, now 3 1/2 years down the road… seeing you off to the ‘e-music’ production program of Langera in Vancouver just this past weekend and I laugh… and laugh… Give ‘er all you got, buddy! And rely on Him for the rest. Together, YOU rock!
